A Bit About Me

I am Giada, I graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Trieste,

but I have always been passionate about sports, movement, health and nutrition.

I recently obtained the title of Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 hr) at Aegialis School of Yoga in Amorgos, Greece.

I hope I can share this wonderful journey with you to train and improve together.
