A Bit About Me

My name is Serena and I am a kinesiologist.

Born and raised in the world of athletics, I recently completed my studies at the Carlo Bo University

of Urbino, where I graduated in Sciences and Techniques of Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities, as well as Functional Re-Education.

I strongly believe in physical exercise and the all-round benefits it generates on body, mind and spirit.
